I have been watching your ad on tv about your 50th year in the home improvement business. My husband and I purchased a house in Geneseo in 1969 and had new aluminum siding put on from your company that year. I've attached a photograph of our home taken this year in 2017. The original siding you installed is still on this house. It has not been painted during these 48 years and we have never had any hail damage throughout this time either. I am writing this letter on behalf of myself and my wife.
To give you some back ground. I am not a supporter of door to door sales people. My free time is valuable and I don’t want to spend it with a sales person listening to their sales pitch.Needless to say last night’s experience with Roberta Ostwinkle may have changed my mind a little. She was on time as scheduled. A plus in my book. She knew your window products to perfection with explicit details and able to answer my questions. She was very friendly and we felt as ease listening to her. Time went by real fast as she continued to explain your company’s family history. She expresses gratitude working for your company and how she loved her job. Another plus! She worked late into the evening to complete our purchase agreement and was able to explain in detail the paper work process. She followed up immediately this morning with additional information and what we could expect next in the process of getting the windows measured.
I deal with contractors on a daily basis and feel it my responsibility to pass forward recognition for employees like Roberta. It is not very often I run across a sales person such as Roberta. I am still in shock that I actually let her in the door….lol I hope you take the time to reward her with praise and compensation. Your company is very fortunate to have such a dedicated person. It is my hope the rest of this process is as smooth.

It began with Dan, the "window man". He had no trouble being able to get our very oversize replacement windows and a special green color for our window sills. Dan responded to my questions almost immediately. Andy came out to take measurements the very next day. John called to schedule the installation in just two weeks time - unbelievably fast turnaround time. Deon, just the best installer, arrived promptly on March 31st with his helper. We couldn\'t be more pleased with his professionalism and attention to detail. He and his team were very customer oriented. We just love our windows - no more rattling. It is the first time since we bought our home that we could open the first floor windows and clearly see out. Our home seems to be almost soundproof now. We want to thank everyone again. This thank you is long overdue. I would have never guessed that it could make such a difference. Raising five sons and a Grand Daughter has always been a struggle. It seems has though more than anything our house as paid the price. I always told Sandy we did not really have a home, we have a nest. There are so many problems with the house that trying to make improvements seemed overwhelming. I kept telling Sandy that the first thing we had to do before repairing the stair well was to replace the windows. Then repair the walls and ceiling and then paint. Well now, not only have I lost my reason to procrastinate, having the new windows has given us back a little bit of the lost pride in our home. I just had to take some time to write and thank you for doing your job so well. When I allowed you to give me your sales pitch I had no intention of buying your windows and or siding. Your company was unknown to me and many of my friends. No way was I going to buy from you! I really only wanted a price quote as I intended to have a friend do the work.
Then you explained and showed me that window sample and you stressed the fact that windows are outside walls! A truer statement I never thought about until now.
My house is so quiet!!!! I hardly hear any road or highway noise anymore! No more air leaks around my window, even though you set the new windows in my old window frames. Must be the way the men wrapped everything in vinyl and or vinyl coated aluminum.

They said they would be in our area and would like to give us an estimate on new windows. My husband set up a time and told me about it when I got home. I have to admit we were pretty skeptical about it at first. We figured this would turn out to be some fly by night company. Well, I'm glad to say we were completely wrong! Our salesman, Daniel, was a very nice guy. Easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about his product. Two years ago my husband and I discussed the posibility of buying new windows for our older home, but let the idea of new windows slide.
After last years winter with noticable wind blowing through and our drapes and curtains on the cold snowy days, of which there were many, we knew we had to do something to lower our future heating bills.
Sarah, the Acri representative, came and after a very informative talk on Acri's windows we decided to purchase, with what we believed to be a good price.
Andy came to get the exact measurements of the windows we wanted to replace. Andy was very nice and very professional. The "A-Team" Frank and 2 Daves arrived promptly at nine o'clock to install the windows. These old dining room windows were out by 9:45, ready for the new windows to be put in. These folks were friendly and very professional. Thirteen windows took 5 hours to install.
So now the Acri sign sits in our front yard - Various people have said our windows look so nice, of course we tell them how pleased we are with the windows and the service from Acri.
